This reference is used in Hamburg export handling. It must be linked to the correct customs and transport data. Issuing it does not itself confirm that goods left the EU.
Other references
B-Nummer and S-Nummer arise in particular port processes. We check the operator's documentation and shipment details instead of assuming one mandatory set for all shipments.
If the booking changes
Email the previous reference and revised booking. We check the status and whether an amendment or repeat registration is required. We confirm the cost of additional work before proceeding.
