Need export clearance or port handling for your goods? Send the documents. We will handle the request and keep you informed. A declaration submitted after the required deadline may lead to a container roll-over, so please also send the documentation and terminal deadlines from your booking.
Import · transit
Moving goods from a port or inland location in Germany, the Netherlands or Belgium to a destination customs office? We prepare T1 with transit security, including for high volumes and high value shipments. Your chosen agency handles import clearance at destination. Our service covers the transit formalities, not the transport itself.
At the start, we agree which goods you ship or receive, the services you need and the information required. For later shipments, we use those arrangements while checking current documents and changes. Your logistics team does not need to explain the whole process again with every order.
Send the documents or ask your forwarder to share them with us. We extract and verify the details, then ask for missing information and decisions. We can work directly with your team or through the forwarder or customs agency you select. The client portal is optional; API integration can be agreed for the required data exchange.
We check available registration and release statuses during the agreed period. We verify changes, report confirmed problems and propose the next action. We also help coordinate inspections within the service scope. A repeat registration is billed as another MRN service; we agree other additional work and costs before proceeding.

Terms for regular volumes
Pricing considers volume, repeat goods, complete documents and the organisation of the process. Smaller volumes can also receive favourable terms. We accept single and irregular requests. Individual billing or consolidated invoices, for example weekly or fortnightly, can be agreed depending on the history of cooperation.
You choose how to communicate with us. Send requests by email, through the client portal or via WhatsApp. In urgent situations, you can also call us.

Service scope
For exports, order an export declaration or port handling for an existing MRN. For imports, ask about T1 on your route. The scope depends on the goods, documents and location.

Transporting roasted or soluble coffee may require prior notification. Check the rules and arrange the formalities before transport.
Yes. We consider repeat goods, complete documents and clear working arrangements as well as volume. You can also send a single or irregular request. We agree the rate and scope before starting.
For port handling alone, the final confirmation normally goes to the agency responsible for the export declaration, which passes it to the client. We provide the registration confirmation, available statuses and support with changes and inspections within the order scope.
Yes. You can ask us to handle formalities for your own goods. Send the documents. We will handle the request and let you know if we need further details from your forwarder or the agency that prepared the declaration.
We provide export clearance, port registrations and ongoing MRN handling for exporters, including transport changes. For importers, we arrange T1 transit on supported routes. T1 is a separate procedure; this service does not include full import customs clearance.
We will check the documents and identify anything missing. The selected service form also lists its requirements.
We help with changes affecting the registration we handle, such as a revised booking, a later sailing or updated details. If the customs declaration itself needs an amendment, we establish the action required with the party responsible for it.
Yes. Send the coffee documents and route. We check the German notification requirement, submit the required notice and arrange the transport and border crossing notification. Coffee formalities are separate from EMCS.
