For export clearance, prepare the invoice, packing list and exporter’s details. For port registration, send the booking, export document with its MRN and cargo details. Include an IMO/DG document for dangerous goods. For a T1 enquiry, provide the departure port, destination country and goods description. Before we start working together
Can we work directly with CloseMRN?
Yes. You can ask us to handle formalities for your own goods. Send the documents. We will handle the request and let you know if we need further details from your forwarder or the agency that prepared the declaration.
What do you handle for exporters and for importers?
We provide export clearance, port registrations and ongoing MRN handling for exporters, including transport changes. For importers, we arrange T1 transit on supported routes. T1 is a separate procedure; this service does not include full import customs clearance.
Which documents will we need?
Export clearance requires an invoice, packing list, exporter details and a power of attorney, among other documents. For port registration, send the booking, export document with its MRN and cargo details. Include an IMO/DG document for dangerous goods. For a T1 enquiry, start with the port, destination country and goods description. We will check the documents and identify anything missing. The selected service form also lists its requirements.
Do you handle changes to an existing registration?
We help with changes affecting the registration we handle, such as a revised booking, a later sailing or updated details. If the customs declaration itself needs an amendment, we establish the action required with the party responsible for it.
Can you help with coffee formalities involving Germany?
Yes, we establish the support available after receiving the product details and route. Coffee formalities involving Germany are separate from EMCS. Send the goods description, origin and destination so we can review the requirements.
