Booking changes and roll-overs

Send the updated booking and identify changes to the vessel, voyage, terminal, container or date. We check the ZAPP/EMP status and handle an amendment or new registration. We confirm the work completed and flag action required from the declarant or other parties.

What to send after a booking change

Holds and inspections

For a loading hold, container scan or physical customs inspection, we verify customs and terminal messages. We coordinate the required formalities within the order scope and keep you informed of progress.

Monitoring and contact with the team

After the Z-Nummer is issued, we monitor available ZAPP/EMP messages and terminal statuses. We share declaration updates and requests for missing details with the forwarder.

We agree the scope, frequency and end of monitoring for each order.

Timing and regular volumes

Send the deadlines from your booking, including the documentation cut-off. For recurring work, tell us the ports and approximate monthly registration volume. We will prepare a quote and service terms.

Request service terms

A Z-Nummer, customs declaration and export confirmation are separate steps. Issuing a reference does not authorise loading or confirm receipt of CC599C.

What to send

Send the documents you have. We will review them and identify any missing details needed to accept the order.

  • The MRN, export document and allocation of goods and documents to containers.
  • Container number, booking, shipping line, vessel or voyage and Hamburg terminal.
  • IMO/DG document for dangerous goods.

Z-Nummer price and timing

The quote depends on container and MRN counts, document completeness, monitoring, changes and regular volumes. Late registration may put loading on the planned sailing at risk. Send the deadlines from your booking, including the documentation cut-off. After verifying the details and shipment status, we confirm whether and when we can handle the order, taking system availability into account. Registration timing is separate from the timing of export confirmation.

Before your request

Is a Z-Nummer a customs declaration?

No. A Z-Nummer relates to port registration in Hamburg. The customs declaration, port handling and confirmation of export are separate steps.

Can I order registration for just one container?

Yes. Send the MRN, container details and booking. After reviewing the documents, we will confirm the scope, price and possible timing.

Can I order registration for an MRN prepared by another agency?

Yes. Send:

  • The export document
  • Booking
  • Container number
  • Terminal

We will handle registration and let you know if anything is missing.
