Booking or terminal changes

Send updated container, terminal or booking details with the previous reference. We check e-Desk against the current documents and handle amendments allowed by the status and available permissions. We confirm the changes and identify matters still awaiting clarification.

What to send after a booking change

Holds and inspections

For a customs hold or inspection, we share available messages and document requirements. We coordinate formalities within the order scope and keep you informed of progress.

Monitoring and contact with the team

We confirm the work completed and the available registration status. We flag missing details or discrepancies requiring action from the customer.

We monitor messages during the agreed period. Registration confirmation does not mean the MRN is closed or CC599C has been issued.

Timing and regular volumes

Send the details of one shipment. For recurring work, include the ports and approximate monthly registration volume. We confirm availability for another Belgian port and terminal before accepting the order.

Request service terms

APCS/e-Desk registration does not replace the customs declaration, terminal arrival handling or export confirmation. Registering an existing T1 and arranging a new T1 transit are separate services.

Documents and enquiry details

Before accepting the order, we check data consistency and service availability for the terminal.

  • MRN and the export or transit document relevant to the shipment.
  • Container numbers and the documents allocated to each container.
  • Port, terminal, booking and current shipping line and voyage details.
  • Previous registration details and a description of the issue if a change or status enquiry is needed.
  • IMO/DG document for dangerous goods.

Price, timing and other Belgian ports

The quote depends on container and MRN counts, document types, terminal, changes and monitoring scope. We confirm timing after reviewing the data. For another Belgian port, specify the port and terminal: we will confirm availability and the appropriate service before accepting the order.

Before your request

Does serving Antwerp mean CloseMRN has a local office?

No. CloseMRN is a customs agency supporting shipments through Antwerp. Send your documents. We will handle registration and answer your questions.

Can I send a T1 document for e-Desk registration?

Send the document with the port, terminal and container details. We will check the appropriate registration scope for the shipment. Registering an existing transit document and arranging a new T1 are different orders.
