How we work

Port system registration
The specialist registers your MRN in the relevant port system (ZAPP, BHT, WHT, Portbase or APCS). If there are data discrepancies - they are corrected immediately.
Monitoring and closure
We monitor the MRN status until the export procedure is closed by the customs office of exit. In case of issues - we intervene directly in the port system.
Export confirmation
Once the MRN is closed, you receive the export confirmation message on your customs account. We notify you when the case is complete.
