What port handling includes
MRN registration, checking available statuses and resolving issues within the scope and period of the order are part of our standard service. Every order is treated as urgent.
A repeat registration is charged as another MRN handling service. We confirm any other additional work and its cost before proceeding.
Rates and billing
Preferential rates can reflect volume, recurring goods, clear documents and an efficient process. Smaller volumes can qualify too.
We can bill orders individually or issue consolidated invoices, for example weekly or fortnightly, depending on our working history. The invoice states the payment due date.
Handling time
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 CET/CEST. We normally reply within 15 minutes during those hours. Preparing a declaration usually takes about an hour after complete documents and details. If complications arise, we explain them and update the estimate. Customs decisions and final exit confirmation follow their own timing.
