How we price MRN closure
We don't publish a fixed price list - every quote is individual. The final per-filing rate depends mainly on:
- Port and systemA filing in Hamburg (ZAPP/EMP) takes different work than one in Rotterdam (Portbase) or Antwerp (APCS).
- Monthly volumeThe more containers you file, the lower the per-unit rate.
- Dangerous goods (IMO/DG)IMO/DG cargo requires extra handling and is quoted separately.
- Turnaround modeEmergency filings outside standard service hours are quoted individually.
What's included?
Every MRN closure quote covers the full service - from registration to export confirmation:

Pricing - frequently asked questions
How much does MRN closure cost?
We quote individually - it depends on the port, volume, and cargo type. We'll prepare a binding quote after you get in touch.
Are there hidden costs?
No. The quote covers the full service: registration in the port system, MRN status monitoring, obtaining the CC599C export confirmation, and support when issues arise. No fees for accounts, configuration, or consultations.
Are volume discounts available?
Yes. The more containers you file per month, the lower the per-unit rate, and for the largest volumes we prepare a tailored offer - contact us.
How is dangerous goods (IMO/DG) cargo priced?
IMO/DG cargo requires extra handling and is quoted separately - we include the surcharge in the individual quote.
What about filing cancellation?
We charge a small, symbolic fee for cancelling a started filing - it covers the port operator's costs. In the Netherlands and Belgium cancellation is free. If you order a new filing for the same MRN after cancellation, we charge it at the standard rate for that port.
