Choose the service for your port
German ports use different systems. An MRN alone does not replace the required port formalities; we also need transport and terminal details.
- Hamburg: export registration in EMP/ZAPP, including a Z-Nummer where applicable.
- Bremerhaven: BHT registration.
- Wilhelmshaven: WHT registration.
- T1 transit: confirmation of feasibility and arrangements from the selected port.
One contact after registration, too
For each order, we agree which available registration statuses to check and how to help investigate discrepancies. If the booking, vessel or port changes, send the updated details and existing reference. We check whether an amendment, cancellation or new registration is needed. Moving to another port may also mean moving to another system.
How to get started
Tell us your ports and approximate monthly registration volume so we can prepare service terms. For a single shipment, send the port, terminal, booking, container details and customs document. We will check the documents, provide a quote and confirm the timing. We will let you know if anything is missing. Serving these ports does not imply that CloseMRN has local offices there.
