Explore T1 supportWe prepare and lodge export declarations within the agreed scope and under the appropriate authority. We check the documents and identify the competent office of export. For shipments through a port, clearance can be combined with port registration. We also handle MRNs from declarations prepared by another customs agency.
We identify the required service from the port, terminal and shipment documents. Moving to another port may require a new registration in a different system.
For Bremen, Cuxhaven or another port, send the terminal name and documents. We confirm the appropriate scope before accepting the order.
We handle transit formalities for road and rail movements from a port or another location in Germany to the agreed destination. We provide T1 transit security, including for high volumes and high value shipments. We check the cargo, route and presentation arrangements. Excise, military or strategic goods and goods requiring veterinary formalities are assessed individually. We do not provide the transport itself.
We submit the required notifications after checking the goods and procedure. For coffee, the work may include notification to the competent office and notices of the transport and border crossing. Coffee formalities are separate from EMCS.
Send the available documents, location and planned timing. We extract the data and identify any gaps. Port registration requires the booking and export document with its MRN; for T1, include the departure point, destination and commercial documents. We monitor available statuses within the order scope. After a booking change or a confirmed hold, we review the situation, propose action and agree any additional cost before proceeding.
We accept individual and irregular orders. For regular work, we learn your goods and process; pricing considers volume, repeat goods, document completeness and working arrangements. Individual billing or agreed consolidated invoices, for example weekly or fortnightly, are available depending on the history of cooperation. A repeat registration is billed as another service.
Support for freight forwarders
Yes. You can assign export clearance, port registration for an existing MRN or T1 for onward clearance by your chosen agency. We agree each party’s tasks and who receives updates. For port handling alone, exit confirmation normally goes to the agency responsible for the export declaration, which passes it to the client.
Our reply standard is up to 15 minutes during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 Polish time (CET/CEST). Preparing a declaration usually takes about an hour after complete documents and details. Customs decisions, inspections, loading and exit confirmation follow the course of the case. Evening or weekend handling can be agreed via WhatsApp.
