The terminal and booking determine the registration

For Rotterdam, we establish the terminal, booking and document type to be linked to the container. Portbase registration sends document details to the terminal. It is neither a new export declaration nor confirmation that the goods have left the European Union.

Portbase registration or T1 transit?

If you already have an export document and need support before delivering the container, choose Portbase registration. If the goods will travel from the port under T1 transit, also send the route, destination and goods details. We check the conditions for arranging transit before accepting the order.
