You do not need to know the port and terminal for an initial enquiry. For shipments through Rotterdam, we can combine clearance with port handling.
We prepare T1 from ports and other locations across the Netherlands for onward road and rail movements. We provide transit security, including for high volumes and high value shipments. We check the goods, departure point, destination and presentation arrangements. Excise, military or strategic goods and goods requiring veterinary formalities are assessed individually. Our service covers the formalities, not the transport itself or full import clearance at destination.
Portbase registration supplies document data for the relevant port process. We check the terminal, document type and its link to the container or transport unit, then confirm availability and scope. Registration does not replace export clearance, container collection rights or exit confirmation.

For T1, identify the departure point and destination; for port registration, include the booking, document with MRN and terminal. We monitor available statuses within the service scope. After a booking or terminal change or loss of release, we verify the situation and agree the next action and any extra cost.
Start with one shipment or assign regular work. Pricing considers volume, repeat goods, complete documents and the organisation of the process. Individual billing or consolidated invoices, for example weekly or fortnightly, can be agreed depending on the history of cooperation. A repeat registration is billed as another service.

Our reply standard is up to 15 minutes during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 Polish time (CET/CEST). Preparing a declaration usually takes about an hour after complete documents and details. Customs decisions, inspections, loading and exit confirmation follow the course of the case. Evening or weekend handling can be agreed via WhatsApp.
