Registration links document details to the container or other transport unit so they can be provided to the relevant terminal. We need the terminal name, customs document, cargo and transport details. Sending data to the system is a port procedure, not independent proof that the goods have left the EU.
Services at other Belgian ports
Ports and cargo types do not all follow the same process. Send the port and terminal name, booking and whether you need export support, T1 transit or a change to an existing registration. We will confirm feasibility and requirements before agreeing the order.
Ongoing work and shipment changes
We agree which available statuses to monitor, how to share confirmations and how to handle amendments. For a roll-over or terminal change, send the old and new details in the same message thread. For regular volumes, tell us your ports and approximate monthly registration volume so we can prepare service terms.
