CloseMRN is a Polish customs agency handling export clearance, port registrations and T1 in Belgium. We support importers, exporters, forwarders and customs agencies internationally. If another agency has prepared the declaration, you can assign just the port handling of its MRN. We agree the division of tasks and share confirmation of work completed and available statuses.
We handle transit formalities for road and rail movements across Belgium. Goods may depart from a port or another location for an agreed destination customs office, where your chosen agency handles further clearance. We provide T1 security, including for high volumes and high value shipments. Excise, military or strategic goods and goods requiring veterinary formalities are assessed individually. We do not provide the transport itself.
We register the document and its link to the container for your specified Antwerp terminal. Send the booking and export document with its MRN, plus IMO/DG for dangerous goods. After a booking or terminal change, we check the existing registration and establish whether an amendment or repeat registration is needed. We agree the work and price before acting.
Availability in other ports is assessed for the terminal, cargo type and documents. Send the location and specify whether you need export clearance, T1 or a change to an existing registration. The Antwerp APCS/e-Desk service does not imply the same registration process in Zeebrugge or every other port.
We extract and verify the details in your documents, identify gaps and confirm the terms and decisions needed. Monitoring available statuses is part of the agreed handling. When a hold or inspection is confirmed, we report the situation and coordinate the formalities within the order scope. A short reply in the same email thread is enough to approve the proposed action.
Start with one shipment, a selected port or T1. For regular cooperation, pricing considers volume, repeat goods, complete documents and the organisation of the process. Individual billing or consolidated invoices, for example weekly or fortnightly, can be agreed depending on the history of cooperation. A repeat registration is a new paid service; other extra costs are confirmed beforehand.
Support for freight forwarders
For port registration and handling alone, we provide confirmation of work completed and available statuses. The final exit confirmation normally goes to the agency responsible for the export declaration, which passes it to the client. We agree the division of tasks before the order.
Our reply standard is up to 15 minutes during business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30 Polish time (CET/CEST). Preparing a declaration usually takes about an hour after complete documents and details. Customs decisions, inspections, loading and exit confirmation follow the course of the case. Evening or weekend handling can be agreed via WhatsApp.
