Information between customs offices
Exit results sent by the office of exit to the office of export; Poland’s AES/ECS2 PLUS instructions identify the message as CD518C. It can also report refusal of exit. This is an exchange between customs offices, not the confirmation sent to the declarant.

Export outcome
In Poland’s AES/ECS2 PLUS, the office of export sends CC599C to the declarant. Read the outcome: a message with B1 when exit was refused does not confirm export. IE599 appears in older Polish declarations and in documentation for other AES implementations. Interpret the confirmation name in its declaration country and system.

A reference used to identify a customs declaration or operation. Its allocation does not mean that the goods have left the EU. Read its status in the context of the relevant procedure.

Port reference in Hamburg
Z-Nummer is a reference in Hamburg’s ZAPP/EMP system associated with AES handling. Registration connects customs details with port shipment handling; it is not automatic exit confirmation.

BHT is the port system for Bremen, Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, and WHT for Wilhelmshaven. Shipment requirements depend on the terminal, document and booking.

Transit procedure
T1 is a separate transit procedure. Its suitability depends on the goods’ status and route. It is not a substitute for export registration merely because a shipment passes through a port.
