Establishing the cause first
We review the documents, port reference and available shipment information. Not having received CC599C does not in itself prove that the goods have not left. The registration data, transport events or delivery of the confirmation may need clarification. We distinguish a port registration issue from a matter requiring action by the declarant or customs.
What to send for review
Describe what happened and which document is missing. Attach the materials already available to you.
- MRN, export document and declarant details.
- Port, terminal, container number and port registration reference.
- Booking, transport documents and available evidence of shipment events.
- Vessel, terminal or container changes and earlier correspondence about the case.
- Company details and email contact; for several cases, an MRN list.
What the review provides
We explain what we have established, what information is missing and what can happen next. We also set out the terms of our support. Within the agreed scope, we help compile supporting material and clarify the case with the relevant parties. CC599C is sent by the office of export to the declarant in Poland’s AES/ECS2 PLUS. CloseMRN does not issue it independently or guarantee its receipt. For declarations from other countries, we establish the relevant type of confirmation. Customs assesses whether the evidence is sufficient to certify exit.
Case monitoring and new information
We agree which responses and available statuses to check and when to provide updates. If you receive a new document, customs response or transport update, add it to the same email thread. New findings can change the work required; we agree additional actions before carrying them out.
Timing and cost of support
The quote depends on the number of MRNs, document completeness, cause of the issue and agreed actions. Timing may depend on responses from the declarant, terminal, carrier or customs authority. After an initial review, we explain what support is possible and on what terms. We do not promise automatic discharge of the procedure.
One case or regular help with unusual problems
Send one case or a list showing ports and known statuses. For recurring issues, we can agree a document exchange process and support for current registrations with monitoring. Start in writing; a portal account and phone call are not required.
Before you send a request
Is an MRN proof that goods have been exported?
No. The MRN identifies a declaration. In Poland’s AES/ECS2 PLUS, check the CC599C outcome: it can contain B1 when exit is refused and then does not confirm export. The reference or file name alone is insufficient.
Does a port registration reference guarantee CC599C?
No. Registration is one stage in handling a shipment. Export confirmation depends on the actual transport events and customs actions.
Can you review a shipment you did not originally handle?
You can send it for review. After checking the documents, we will confirm whether and how we can help, including any authorisation or additional material needed.
