Service scope

Registration, monitoring and ongoing MRN handling

Without confirmation that an order has been accepted, transport is harder to plan. Late registration or an unresolved hold may prevent loading onto the planned vessel. We continue handling the order after a reference has been issued: we monitor available statuses, coordinate inspection formalities and update the registration after transport changes.

Monitoring customs and port statuses

We monitor available clearance and loading statuses, including messages about holds, document checks, container scans and physical customs inspections. We report release confirmations received, missing documents and when we are waiting for customs or the terminal. If a message does not explain a hold, we seek clarification from the relevant party and tell you that verification is underway. We check customs or terminal requirements, and the updates we share help you plan transport and inform your client.

We monitor available registration and shipment statuses within the scope and period covered by the order.

Port registrations

We verify the MRN, container and booking details and register the shipment in the port or terminal system.
